"This book is perfect for the tween-young lady in your life. Or for a woman struggling with her identity/confidence. I really liked that this book teaches the virtues and breaking them down to make it easier to retain.

I really wouldn't recommend doing this book in a day. You can read it in that short an amount of time, but I'd really take the time to do the questions and praying about each chapter on the daily level. The reflective questions really make you stand back and see how you treat others, treat yourself, and most of all, treat God."
